Feature transfer problem

Just like trimming problems and key disadvantages from CECA, feature transfer problems can be reformulated into key problems, which are the output of the problem-identification stage of the project.

The feature transfer problem is usually presented in the form of a question, for example:

• How to do something?
• How to make something bigger?
• How to make someting lighter?
