Database of scientific effects is a problem-solving tool used to solve key problems, modeled as functions. It is a collection of effects and scientific phenomena from various fields (physics, chemistry, biology, etc.), organized in accordance with a function-oriented and resource-oriented taxonomy (rather than topics).
